Closed Make it illegal to sell air gun pellets if they’re not traceable

My 10 month old kitten was shot at in the eye purposefully in daylight hours by an air rifle owner. Causing huge damage, pain and potential eyesight loss for my kitten.Though this is illegal, there are no serial numbers to trace back who is buying pellets, making prosecution difficult/impossible.

The pain and hurt caused not only to our kitten but us as owners is immense. Not to mention the increasing vet bills and taking time off work. However the criminal walks away without any repercussion and that needs to change.
