Rejected petition Allow all dogs to be able to cross the channel by Eurostar train

I am opening this because I think it would be so much easier for people with dogs to be allowed to use the Eurostar train to travel to Europe from London . Lots of people would love to take there dogs with them on a journey but not be able to use Eurostar makes it very difficult. So please vote.
