A CCJ on record for 6 years can be the end of normal life for most. 6 months career break alone is dangerous, 6 years is destructive. That Mortgages will be lost, homes break under financial burden, people look to emigrate over a £300 registered debt is ludicrous & the judgements too easily applied.
