Closed No to automatic opt in for organ donation

UK resident will be automatically opted in for organ donation and will have the choice to opt out after the Bill is passed. This law should not be passed because it is our body and it is our human right to opt in ourselves if we want to.

Our body is not the property of the government to give this consent on our behalf. It is a violation of our human rights. People are aware of organ donation and can choose to opt in if they wish to opt in. People may not be able to opt out before their death as death can be sudden. People may not be aware of this law so it will be unethical to opt them in as they wouldn't know they have to opt out. We refuse this law should be passed where peoole are automatically registered to organ donation.
