Closed petition Make It Mandatory for Employers to Educate Employees on "Employment Rights"

Closed on

Discrimination at work is a harsh reality of British Labour Market. This is mainly due to lack of training among the employers and lack of understanding of rights among the employees.
The only way to protect ourselves and next generation is to make it mandatory for employers to educate their staff

Equality and Human Rights Commission on 21/12/2017 reported that ethnic minorities have a 12.9% higher unemployment rate.

Black workers with degrees earn 23.1% less on average.

In Britain, only 8.8% of the minorities worked at a manager level or higher.

Based on GOV statistics from Jan-Sep 2017:
13% of the jurisdictional complaints were related to Equal Pay
11.7% for discrimination of some kind.

These numbers are alarming!

So please sign the petition and protect our rights.EDUCATE EMPLOYEES
