Rejected petition Make it compulsory for UK food outlets to pick up litter in local community's.

I believe that fast food chains have an obligation to society to clean up the litter and waste discarded by their customers. This should derive from specialist in house or contracted teams fully paid for by said firms, who pick up litter discarded by the firms customers in their local community.
