Rejected petition Insruance should be on the person it self instead of the vehicle.

Insruance should be on the person its self and should be able to drive all cars. Insruance quote should be the same for everyone unless they have been commited a motoring conviction such as driving with no insurance in past or drink driving or ect.

There should be a little amount of fee you have to pay for your vehicle itself and you should still be able to show yourself on your own vehicle.I say this becuase every driver that passes there driving lisence is a qualified driver or rider and no age discrimination should be made.The Insurance policy could still go higher for who ever that has a crash or has a conviction or drink driving ect.
