Rejected petition Put Stephen Hawking's picture on the new £20 note

Professor Stephen Hawking was one of England's greatest scientists, on a par with Newton (who was on the old £1 note) and Darwin (until recently on the £10 note). To honour his memory and achievements I propose we put his image on the upcoming £20 note.
