Closed Make the using mobile phone whilst driving punishment the same as drink driving.

I see at least 10 people a day using their phone whilst driving they are not concentrating on the road or they're holding the traffic up because they are too busy looking at their phone. The ban should be the same as drink driving because they are not looking at the road.
