Petition Debate scrapping the television licence fee and discuss other funding options.

We currently pay £147 per year for a TV licence, the bulk of which goes to the BBC, very little BBC programming these days is of the quality expected, please debate in the Commons with regards scrapping this fee and discuss more viable funding options.
