Closed Mandatory training in ALL aspects of Domestic abuse for Family courts & Cafcass.

Judiciary, Cafcass & Family court to be fully trained in domestic abuse, gas lighting, coercive control, stalking, sexual abuse, financial abuse, emotional abuse, harassment and its effects on the Family.
70-90% of Family court & Cafcass cases involve DA.
Training would enable informed decisions

Daily decisions are made on recommendations by Cafcass for contact with perpetrators enforced by courts affecting families.

15 children were murdered in 2015 during contact that was enforced.

Training is essential for the safeguarding of all children and survivors.
