Closed Ban fruit and veg being wrapped/packaged in plastic by 2020

The UK government want to eliminate all avoidable plastic waste by 2042, so why not start where its easy. Most fruit and veg don't need packaging at all. It will be a great place to start to help eliminate all plastic waste which is harmful to the environment and all life, including people.
