Allow those of the LGBTQ community to defend against violent attackers. These attack have soared by nearly 80%
Give home owners an effective means of defence from home invaders.
Spray could be easily licenced and training available. Serial numbers applied on to the Spray cans to stop it falling into criminal hands.
Ask yourself, would you rather these criminals be running around using CS Spray on each other or using Acid, Knives and guns.
