Children as young as 14 are carrying & using knives to harm others.The current age of 18 yrs is clearly not enough. Not everyone will adhere to a knife amnesty, nor will stop and search reach all.Raise the legal age to 25.Make it harder for them to obtain in the first place so less knives on streets
