Closed Regulate open air prayer meetings of all denominations

There are now times when roads can be blocked by religious gatherings. This should not be permissible unless special dispensation has been sought and granted.

The blocking of public thoroughfares, whether highways, footpaths or public parks, should be prohibited, except for special occasions when permission has been sought and granted. This should apply to all religions and the use of foreign language prayers (including Latin) should also be prohibited in a public space.
