Petition Ban people from smoking inside all local authority/ association owned houses
Banning smoking in local authority/association owned houses will reduce passive smoking which other people in the property do not want to inhale.
It will reduce the amount of fire damage that could occur if the cigarette isn't extinguished properly

It can stop potential nuisance of litter been thrown from windows into neighbours gardens and the street better for the environment and less encouragement to rats
May reduce smoking rate so people may quit and become healthier
