David Gourlay has won every honour there is to win within the sport of bowls. As Head Coach of Scotland's Lawn Bowls Commonwealth Games team he has just successfully guided the team to another 5 medals at the games in Australia. He adds this to the 3 gold medals the team won at Glasgow 2014.
This is the icing on the cake for him after claiming 2 of the 3 ranking tournaments on the World Indoor Bowls Tour. A feat that moves him back to World Number 2 this award is long overdue
