Closed petition 2 year prison sentence for carrying knives

Too many of our young bright teenagers are dying needlessly on a daily basis, robbing parents of their children and brothers and sisters losing a loved one. Far too many teenagers are carrying knives, who's only use is for causing injury or death.

Please look at the news every day to see that knife crime is getting out of control, and the government appear to be too weak to take the action necessary to reduce/stop this. Carrying a knife should mean a mandatory 2 year minimum prison term
