At Orgreave, South Yorkshire Police ordered officers to charge "a largely peaceful crowd" & evidence given by South Yorkshire Police (SYP) has been described as "the biggest frame-up ever", SYP had a culture of fabricating evidence, which was not corrected by the time of the Hillsborough disaster.
