Petition Make it law that people have to vote, same as Australia

Make it law in the UK that people have to vote unless they have a legitimate reason not to. If they don't vote and don't have a legitimate reason then they should get fined.

This needs to happen as the amount of people who do vote is appalling and numbers need to rise.
