Petition Make it illegal to park across/block a private driveway

It seems a large oversight that people have free will to deny people the use of their own driveways by parking across with no repercussions. I myself have had multiple incidents and I’m sure many other people have also and no legal right to get the car moved. I hope to get this changed.
