Petition british soldier should be free from prosecution unless dishonourably discharged

No British soldier should ever face criminal charges whilst in the execution of his duties within the armed forces, whether within the british isles or abroad. This should apply across the board and be retrospective save for those who are dishonourably discharged.

Scurrilous accusations are inevitable and it is disgraceful that governments past and present have not seen fit to prevent the prosecution of men and women who have risked their very lives for the uniform and the people they serve.
