Rejected petition Strip arriva rail north franchise and put it back into public control

Since arriva rail north have taken over the northern lines they have failed. Cancellations delayed services also trains that are out of date. Also getting rid of guards. Theresa may and Chris Grayling need to listen to the public and strip the company of the franchise
