Petition Parliament should debate the future of UK overseas territories

At present UK overseas territories have an anomalous status that allows them to be used for money laundering and other nebulous purposes while at the same time denying their inhabitants full sovreignty and a say in the most important aspects of their governance.

Ideally Overseas Territories should be asked to choose between full independence within the Commonwealth or becoming integrated parts of the UK with Westminster representation (after the model of French overseas department).
