Closed Stop paying tax on pensions

We, the undersigned, believe that paying tax on private and other pensions is unfair given that people would have paid tax on both their individual earnings and pension contributions.

We further believe that paying tax on private and other pensions unnecessarily penalises people who may have no other source of income after they retire.

We therefore call upon the British Government to immediately legislate to remove the requirement for people to pay tax on their pensions.
