Closed UK residents aged 16 and 17 year olds should be able to vote in referendums.

I think that people in the UK who were 16/17 should be able to vote in referendums. An example of this I think that 16/17 should have been able to vote in the EU referendum and weren't allowed to and leaving the EU will affect those who weren't able to vote in it, me being one of those individuals.
