Closed Raise the definition of a child in the Mental Health Act to from 16 to 18.

Parents of 16 year old children held under the Mental Health Act cannot find out how they’re coping. The staff are unable to share any information on the children. Children under 18 are unable to keep themselves safe, so 16 to 18 year olds should be classified as children under the Act.
