Closed Everyone must wear a helmet whilst riding their push bike or scooter by law

It’s not acceptable that kids or adults ride their bikes or scooters without wearing helmets to protect them.
If we can ride on roads we must be equipped to deal with road hazards

Australia, New Zealand and America have laws that mean it is illegal to ride your bike of scooter without a helmet. The cost to the NHS if you sustain a brain injury as a result of not wearing a helmet is massive far more than the price of a helmet.
