Closed Cut National Citizens Service funding and apply funds to schools and the NHS

In 2017 NCS recieved £180.5 million from the government and has proceeded to spend it on extravagant advertisements instead of the actual service. This money could be better used by schools which constantly face budget cuts and the NHS which is in desperate need of more funding.
