Petition Change law & sentences for child sex offenders and rapists. children under 18

I have recently looked into many child rape cases, and found when an offender is convicted that they may get a life sentence, and serve only 10 to 15 years of the term and be eligible for parole before the sentence term ends. I would like to have this sentence changed.
