Petition Recall of UK ambassador to the US in protest about detaining children in cages.

The United States government has implemented a policy on 06/04/2018 to separate and detain children of asylum seekers entering the US. This is an illegal and inhuman act. By withdrawing (recalling) the UK's ambassador to the US this send a strong an clear message that this is not acceptable.

Since June 2018 US Customs and Border Portection have been forcibly removing children from their parents, people claiming asylum. These children have and are being detained in centres little more than cages and tented cities. The children are numbered and tagged. The US government has now opened 'Tender Age Shelters' to house babies and infants. See:
