To mitigate the risk of Identity Fraud to individuals as a result of fraudulent use of postal redirection services, the Government should encourage the use of envelopes with text stating "Do Not Redirect - Deliver As Addressed" for postal mail from Government agencies/departments (ie. HMRC; DVLA; Home Office; DWP) and financial institutions.
