Rejected petition Dementia should be funded equally as a Primary Health Care need for all.

Dementia is NOT currently classified as an illness requiring continuing health care, yet the end result is death by slow torture. Sufferers slowly deteriorate before your eyes, no longer eating or drinking and needing expensive nursing care yet they don't qualify for any help from the NHS.
