Rejected petition George Cross to eligible divers in Thai cave rescue and special award to others.

Cave divers from all over the world risked their lives to save a young football team and their coach from flooded underground caves. As Commonwealth citizens some are eligible for the George Cross, the highest civilian bravery honour. Non Commonwealth divers should be awarded appropriately.
