Rejected petition Discipline the desecration of Rudyard Kiplings work at Manchester University.

Today it was made aware through National News Agencies and social media that a group of students attending Manchester University illegally desecrated a poem printed on University grounds by Rudyard Kipling and falsely labeling his work as 'Racist'.
