Closed Prevent payment of EU ‘exit fee’ until a beneficial trade deal has been ratified

The Government has offered to pay up to £39bn to the EU as an exit fee despite there being no legal requirement to do so.
Put it into law that not a penny should be paid until a final trade deal with demonstrable benefits to the UK economy has been signed and ratified by all EU member states.
