Closed Legal requierment for A/C to be working correctly on Public Service Vehicles

Working as a Bus Driver in London I frequently come across buses where the Heaters and/or Air Conditioning (A/C) is not working correctly as the operator is NOT legally required to maintain them. Therefore, I feel it’s about time that it is a legal requirement for Heaters and A/C to be working.

Furthermore, you cannot transport cattle at temperatures higher than 30C, so why do people not have similar legal rights to travel in comfort. If you agree then please sign the petition and share.
