Closed Ban all new fossil fuel vehicles by 2030

The UK Government has committed to banning new diesel and petrol cars by 2040. This is too late. The Clean Growth Strategy and legally binding carbon budgets require policies & action on major emitters and transport is now the largest contributing sector to UK emissions and causes air pollution.
