Rejected petition M&S to honour orders for sofas purchased on their website Marks&Spencer.com

Marks & Spencer have cancelled all orders for sofas purchased Saturday 28th July 2018, that in their opinion “had been priced in error” on M&S.com. Customers bought Sofas in good faith, considering M&S had plastered over the furniture pages that there was a SALE on.

Customers have since received an email explaining that there was an error. They said “It was spotted really quickly and is now resolved” however the sofas were on sale for more than 5 hours. No email has been sent confirming the order has been cancelled and a refund will be given. M&S has quite a lot of customers money earning interest in their accounts. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND HONOUR THE ORDERS.
