Closed Conduct a full enquiry into the finacial failure of NCC and those responsible

Northamptonshire county council have completely failed in their financial responsibilities.
We would like a full transparent public enquiry into the failings who is responsible and why and how this happened, so it can prevented in the future.

With planned cuts likely to affect the vulnerable, we think everyone involved should be held responsible and those affected have clear answers as to how this happened.
What messures are the government going to take to provide basic human rights to those most likely to be affected?
