Rejected petition proposed sale (give away) of RBS branch network to Banco Santander

I wish to object to the virtually unreported sale of RBS branches in England and Wales to Banco Santander of Spain, which is being done with little or no consultation with RBS customers and which i object to as a long standing 30 year RBS business customer...I do not particularly wish to belong to a Spanish owned bank and wish to remain part of a British bank, all be it a failing one at the moment, which is by the way in the main owned by us UK taxpayers.
