Closed Reform company car tax for diesel and ultra-low emission vehicles.

Support UK fleets, businesses and drivers by:
- Reducing the 4% diesel company car tax levy until RDE2 testing is commonplace.
- Introduce the ULEV company car tax bands in April 2019, not 2020.
- Tax bands to at least 2022/23 are needed now, including how they will address higher WLTP figures.
