Closed Allow adoption for adults over the age of 18 like in the USA

Adult adoption has been legal in most states of the USA since 2002. I am now 21 years of age and at an age where I feel I can make judgement on who MY father should be. The fact that I cannot be adopted my a man who has stood by me for years because I am “too old” is completely against my rights.

I intend on getting the law changed so that myself and others can make this descision. Many people do it for different reasons. It should be a choice that can be made at any time in an adults life.
