Closed Urge Uganda to give MP Robert Ssetamu Kyagulanyi and his comrades a fair trial.

Ugandan MP Robert Ssetamu Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine and his comrades were arrested and allegedly brutally tortured whilst supporting campaigns for an aspiring opposition MP in the northern part of Uganda. We believe this incident is in breach of commonwealth democratic values.

We fear that he has been arrested on false charges, simply for being a successful opposition politician and we are worried he will not be given a fair trial. The UK Government should do all it can to help ensure that Robert Ssetamu Kyagulanyi and his comrades are given a fair trial.
