Petition Ban smoking in apartments/flats

Smoking ban should be extended to apartments/flats, where there is a high and sustained risk of secondary inhalation. And where smokers reduce the health and life quality of neighbours.

Ministry of Health is aware but choosing not to extend a ban to apartments for reasons unknown. However, as more and more of us are forced to live in apartments, a radical health policy rethink is required, and tougher legislation introduced.
