Rejected petition Make a claim on one car insurance policy apply to that policy only.

If a driver owns more than one car each car has to earn an insurance no claims discount separately, yet a claim on one policy is applied to all policies.

This is unreasonable and discriminates in favour of the insurance companies.

A claim on one policy should apply to that policy only.
