Rejected petition UK aid budget be used to help disasters, health and education.
Money should be spent on people in need, or to advance health and education. Many diseases in the world could be greatly reduced with proper aid and have the potential to reach the UK without serious help to deal with them!

Aid is currently a political tool and should be defined in law as an altruistic tool to help those in need!
