I propose a registered scheme with local police to allow UK adults to grow 4 plants of Industrial Hemp ONLY at home without a Home Office License. With tested seeds that are below 0.2% THC. Allowing individuals to grow safe CBD Hemp at home for personal use only . With labelled & tagged plants.

The fact there has never been a single recorded case of a death caused by CBD or even a psychotic episode caused by CBD . I am in no way endorsing Recreational Cannabis , but urging you to consider this alternative.
