Petition Add Middle Rate Mobility for children receiving Disability Living Allowance

My 10 year daughter has hyper mobility type Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, she has low muscle tone, subluxations of joints, swelling of joints, widespread joint pain to name a few symptoms.
She has ankle braces, insoles, a wheelchair and other aids to help but she has never been entitled to mobility.

More details

There is 3 rates of care but only 2 for mobility and the criterias for 2 rates don’t accomadate for children like my daughter.
For LRM the criteria is the child needs ‘guidance or supervision with walking on unfamiliar routes’ and for HRM the criteria is the child must be unable to walk, virtually unable to walk, have no legs or feet, be SMI, be SVI, be blind and deaf or be a danger to them self. There should be an in between for children who have days where they need a wheelchair etc.
