Closed Action a NO DEAL Brexit and give divorce bill savings directly to UK citizens

This could give a significant boost to the economy as many people would spend it. The Exchequer would therefore receive VAT receipts. Under 18 year olds could have the funds placed in an ISA until they reach the age of 18.

The current estimate of the divorce bill is £40 billion.
